So class step one is .. slam face onto floor and watch how your legs slowly flow with ease upward as you loose all feelings in them from the impact

Step 2 ... roll over onto your bun as your body feels like spaghetti and you might let loose a fart here and there .. but no worries that means your do it perfectly... (wrong )
